Description
While the military calls them turtles for their thick shell, spiders would be a more apt name judging by their looks. These automated quadrupedal tanks have legs twice the size of an adult jutting out the sides, ideal for navigating the often uneven terrain of the mountains. These legs hold up a large steel ball, holding all the gears and springs that make this monster function. Atop this sphere sits a flamethrower, for when the machine decides it doesn't need to simply crush what is before it.

The nations all have their reserves of these creatures, each with their own unique additions. However, they are not often committed to skirmishes. Control of these machines is not the issue, it is more a problem of purpose. Turtles were built for one thing: destruction. Tactics with some subtlety are often more desirable. That has not stopped these weapons from being fielded before, however, and when they are, without one of your own to send after it, options are generally limited to run, or take heavy casualties trying to stop it.
